And the winner is Jeanette

I just wanted to thank all my dear blogging friends for all the beautiful comments that made me smile last week. I am so glad you like my blog and hopefully heaps more entries ahead of me... Anyway the winner was Jeanette from Sweden......... Wish I could have given away 52 prizes but maybe on my 200th post.... This photo is of some little things I bought at the absolutely gorgeous shop Lily-G in Brisbane... Judy, Paul and their wonderful staff made me feel like royalty..... I will show you a photo of a gorgeous ceramic apple I bought for my daughters room as she loved it as a symbol of wanting to become a teacher.... I so wish I had taken my camera with me but I will definitely go back before Christmas....

Anyone who writes in and tells me what they enjoy about coming and seeing my blog will go in the draw to win a very special charm.... closing 25th of August...

To my gorgeous daughter Happy 15th Tomorrow!!!

My gorgeous girl turns 15 tomorrow...We just had a lovely weekend of celebrating... She is such a constant joy in my life... My son Andrew put together a lovely slide show just to embarrass her a little with funny little comments.... She headed off to school this morning not looking forward to starting the day with a Science exam (her least favourite subject) and has a Business exam on her birthday... The joys of school life... Am pretty tired today and it is so COLD here finding it very hard to get at all motivated...

Cool display tree

Well I spotted this tree when on holidays just over a month ago but it was a little out of budget for the business. This week I saw another one at a local home wares shop and they were a little cheaper so I couldn't resist...I am going to leave it this colour at the moment but will probably paint it white eventually knowing me... The charms hanging on it was an order heading off to Norway.... Wish I was going with them.....
